2. Scope of Services
We provide home-based care services including, but not limited to:

- Aaya/attendant services
- Old age and senior citizen care
- Baby and mother care
- Patient support and daily assistance
3. Service Engagement
Service duration, timing, and scope will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
Service requests are subject to confirmation and availability of suitable caregivers.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any service request without providing a reason.
4. Caregiver Deployment
- Caregivers are deployed based on skills, experience, and service requirements.
- While we conduct reasonable background verification and screening, the Company is not responsible for personal compatibility issues between the client and caregiver.
- Replacement requests must be raised within a reasonable time and will be addressed subject to availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the patient’s condition, medical history, and care requirements.
- A safe, respectful, and hygienic working environment must be ensured for the caregiver.
- Any abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Payments and Fees
- Service charges will be communicated in advance and may vary based on service type, duration, and caregiver qualification.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Delayed or non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative or service-related charges.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
8. Medical Disclaimer
- Our services do not replace hospital care or emergency medical services.
- Caregivers provide assistance and support but do not guarantee medical outcomes.
- In case of emergencies, clients must contact appropriate medical facilities immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Confidentiality
- Client information will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
- We take reasonable steps to protect personal and medical data, subject to applicable laws.
11. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the service with prior notice as per agreed terms.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of policy violations, non-payment, or unsafe conditions.
12. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law
